Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time before the scheduled pickup. We’ve outlined our cancellation terms to help you understand what to expect based on when you choose to cancel.
- Standard (non-prepaid) reservations:
- You can cancel at any time without any cancellation fee.
- There is no charge for changes or cancellations before the scheduled pickup time.
- Prepaid reservations:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your pickup time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- If you fail to cancel and do not show up at the rental location, you may forfeit the full prepaid amount (no refund).
- No-show policy:
- A “no-show” occurs when you do not cancel your booking and do not arrive for your pickup.
- In such cases, we reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of the rental, especially for prepaid bookings.
Refund Policy
We want to make sure you receive your refund as quickly and conveniently as possible. Our refund policy applies mostly to prepaid reservations, where payment has already been made online or over the phone.
- Full Refunds:
- If you cancel a prepaid reservation at least 24 hours before your pickup time, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds:
- If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of pickup, you’ll receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- No Refunds:
- If you don’t show up or cancel after your pickup time, no refund will be provided.
How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation?
We’ve made it easy to cancel or change your reservation online or offline. If you need to update your booking details, here’s how to do it:
- Log into your Car Rent Services account and go to “My Bookings” to make changes or cancel.
- Use our mobile app for quick edits or cancellations.
- Contact our customer support team via phone or email if you need assistance or prefer personal help.
If you’ve booked a prepaid rental and want to make changes, you may need to cancel the existing reservation and rebook a new one. In this case, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.
Reservation Modifications
You can modify the pickup date, return date, pickup location, return location, or vehicle type. Please keep the following in mind:
- Any changes made may result in a different rental rate based on availability and demand.
- For prepaid bookings, modifications may require canceling and rebooking the reservation.
- All modifications should be made before the pickup time to avoid penalties or cancellation fees.
Refund Timelines
If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll make sure it gets processed swiftly. Here’s what you should expect:
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
- If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact our customer support.

- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- If your booking was made through a third-party website or travel agency, you must follow their cancellation and refund policy.
